The International Conference on Experimental Solid Mechanics (X-Mech 2016) is being organized by the Center of Excellence in Experimental Solid Mechanics and Dynamics affiliated to the School of Mechanical Engineering at Iran University of Science and Technology.
The objective of the conference is to organize a forum where expertise from around the globe can present, share, and discuss the advancements and innovations in the field of experimental solid mechanics. The wide scope of the conference covers many fields of the experimental research in solid mechanics, including but not limited to elasticity, plasticity, fracture mechanics, fatigue, vibrations, acoustics of traditional and advanced materials.
The conference will publish papers which contribute to knowledge in the use of experimental solid mechanics materials in engineering fields.
